Winner of SFNY Photo Caption Contest

Let’s just say we were thoroughly impressed with the wit and sass (yes, I said SASS) that you all brought to the SFNY Photo Caption Contest. Reading these captions was like watching a room full of Joel McHale clones spitting out hysterical celebrity photo commentary on The Soup.

Black HerStory Friday: The Outrageous, Androgynous, Grace Jones

Before Lady Gaga ever took the stage, there was Grace Jones. A Jamaican model, singer, and actress, Jones pushed the boundaries of style and sexuality in the 1970′s, all while churning out hit after disco hit like Slave to Rhythm and Private Life.
